Resumo

A regeneração óssea guiada (ROG) representa uma das principais estratégias para A regeneração óssea guiada (ROG) representa uma das principais abordagens na cirurgia reconstrutiva pré-implantar, permitindo a reconstrução de defeitos alveolares horizontais e verticais e viabilizando a instalação tridimensional adequada de implantes osseointegráveis. A associação entre biomateriais osteocondutores, membranas colágenas reabsorvíveis e concentrados plaquetários autólogos, como a fibrina rica em plaquetas (PRF), tem sido amplamente investigada como estratégia para otimizar os resultados clínicos e biológicos. O osso bovino desproteinizado (DBBM) apresenta elevada estabilidade volumétrica e previsibilidade clínica, enquanto as membranas colágenas atuam como barreira seletiva, promovendo exclusão celular e manutenção de espaço. O PRF, por sua vez, fornece fatores de crescimento e modulação inflamatória favorável à angiogênese e à osteogênese. Evidências clínicas, histológicas e radiográficas demonstram que a combinação desses biomateriais pode favorecer ganho ósseo significativo, melhor qualidade do tecido neoformado e redução de complicações pós-operatórias. Assim, a integração entre suporte estrutural e estímulo biológico configura abordagem promissora na reconstrução óssea pré-implantar, ampliando a previsibilidade terapêutica e a estabilidade dos resultados a médio e longo prazo.
