PLANO DE AÇÃO PARA OTIMIZAÇÃO DO ALMOXARIFADO E CONTROLE DE ESTOQUE NA EMPRESA FORÇA DO CONSTRUTOR EM MANAUS/AM

Abstract

This study aims to develop an action plan to optimizethe warehouse and inventory control at Força do Construtor, a company located in Manaus/AM. The research is based on the need to improve material organization, input and output records, productlayout in the physical space, and the standardizationof internal processes. For this purpose, managerialtools such as SWOT Analysis, GUT Matrix, PDCA cycle, and Balanced Scorecard are used to analyzethe organizational environment, identify strengthsand weaknesses, prioritize the main problems, plancorrective actions, and monitor results throughperformance indicators. The methodology adopted isqualitative and descriptive, based on the observationof the company’s organizational reality and theanalysis of practices related to warehouse andinventory management. The proposed action plan isexpected to contribute to greater material control, reduction of rework, better use of physical space, improvement in the flow of information, andincreased efficiency in customer service. Therefore, the study seeks to support the company’s internalmanagement and strengthen its operationalprocesses.
