“A MINHA NOTA É O QUE IMPORTA”: ALGUMAS PERCEPÇÕES SOBRE AS AVALIAÇÕES EM LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA NUMA TURMA DE ESTUDANTES DO 5° ANO.

This research focused on gathering information about the perceptions of fifth-grade students on the topic of assessment. A questionnaire with 15 questions on the proposed topic was created to assess students' opinions and experiences, leading them to question the assessment dynamics and the teacher's methodology. Many students still associate assessment solely with tests, passing grades, feelings of nervousness and fear; few connect the topic to the learning dimension. Helping students question themselves can certainly be considered a result of this work. Teachers' questions are simultaneously perceived and validated by the data collected in the questionnaire. The reflection had a positive effect, although it is not always noticeable in the short term. Time is needed, but this initial study represents the first step in many future endeavors.
