Abstract

The present article has the theme “the insertion of the exchange in school physical education through volleyball”. Methodology: The methodology used was a literature review, where 11 articles were selected at the end of the selection process, these works served as basis for the elaboration of this article. Discussion: The discussion was divided into three topics. The first topic dealt with historical aspects of school sports activities in Brazil, where a brief report on school physical education in Brazil was made and it was also pointed out which sports are practiced in school physical education. The second topic covered Exchange as its main features and also elements of the game. The third topic dealt with how the Exchange is applied in volleyball, pointing out the main adaptations made to use the Exchange as volleyball pre-sport. Conclusion: The use of Currency Exchange within volleyball in Physical Education classes is beneficial, as it allows students to learn more easily and smoothly and also the inclusion of students who have a less accurate volleyball practice, serving as a pre -sporting it.
