Abstract

This scientific document relates the human need to learn and transmit knowledge with the need for effective means of learning that are increasingly necessary in the context of Education, whether formal or not. In this sense, the role of Instructional Design stands out, which addresses fundamental steps that, when developed from an effective project, following well-defined steps ranging from Analysis, Design, Development and through Implementation and Evaluation, create real conditions for meaningful learning, regardless of the modality, be it face-to-face, distance learning or hybrid. Furthermore, this document emphasizes that the role of the Instructional Designer, even if exercised in other times unconsciously, becomes increasingly essential to ensure that human beings continue to have and improve the means of transmitting knowledge at levels of skills or education. formal, since the means of learning and the way of learning is increasingly complex and demands specific studies and projects so that there is the democratization and excellence of everything that is planned to be transmitted as a form of knowledge.
