PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO DOCENTE EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR (IES) PRIVADA

Teaching work in the 21st century has been transformed by the introduction of technologies, which, on the one hand, generates significant advances in teaching-learning practices, but also strongly contributes to the growing individualization and precariousness of work relationships. In this research, precariousness and new forms of work management will be correlated, aiming to analyze the phenomenon in a private IES, examining its implications for private higher education. Through bibliographical and empirical research, this article will seek to understand the following research question: whether the new forms of organizing work management are configured as “precarious” types of work?
